ALAN GOTTLIEB is a 1967 graduate of the Penn State University Smeal College of Business Administration and a 1971 graduate of Rutgers Law School, Newark, New Jersey. He is admitted to the bar of New Jersey, New York, and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the Family Law Section of the Middlesex County Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Trial Lawyers Association of Middlesex County. Alan Gottlieb has over thirty five years of legal experience.
We work closely with your mortgage representative, home inspection team and we promptly order title search and survey. These steps are necessary to ensure that no one can claim an interest or legal right in your property.
If you are buying a home, We carefully review the sales contract, home inspection report, and with your input, we make appropriate demands on the seller to rectify any problems or for a modification of the purchase price due to any problems detected during inspection.
Prior to the closing date, we accurately prepare and file all documents.

SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILITY CLAIMS
Remember how each pay day, a huge chunk is taken out of your paycheck for “Social Security?” Besides paying retirement benefits, some of your social security contributions are set aside for disability payments. However, in these types of cases the government acts like an insurance company and requires that you prove your disability.
How much will it cost? It is very simple. There is no fee unless and until we win your case. When you receive your settlement, our fee will be a small percentage of that settlement. The Social Security Administration limits attorney’s fees to 25% of your settlement or $4,000.00, whichever is less.
